How does it work?
In today’s digital era, ball valves are quite popular for their compact design, strength, fast action on / off, and longevity. In other words, the ball valve has a ball to drill the hole by regulating the media flow. The ball is rotated at a 90degrees angle. Apart from that, the ball of the Floating Ball Valve supports media for flowing.
When the ball rotates 90 degrees anticlockwise direction, it will reach a close position. The ball valve depends upon two seats. Besides, this valve builds a tight seal to block media from damage or leakage.
Moreover, the floating ball valve has a shaft or stem to operate the pipeline system. The ball turns round on its axis, the flow pressure drives the ball against the downstream seat. The floating ball valve cannot seal properly in low-pressure applications. To force the ball against the downstream seat, there is not enough media pressure. In various applications, downstream pressure is adequate to generate a tight seat long.
